“This is a series of prints inspired from nature, using traditional darkroom techniques - Cyanotype and Lumen print processes. Working with alternative processes has given me the opportunity to explore historical techniques and slow down in my creative practice, allowing me to appreciate the process much more. Using natural materials, I have experimented with different plant specimens, varying the composition to create works which are delicate and detailed. I am drawn to this process due to the unique results that cannot be recreated, even when using the same subject."
